General English / Exam Preparation (Year Round)

Study general English Monday to Friday throughout the year* either on a part-time or full-time basis. Our courses focus on grammar, everyday expressions, vocabulary building and developing the four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Our small class sizes ensure our lessons are very communicative and particularly benefit students who wish to develop their confidence in English.

Students wishing to take the IELTS exam may do a comprehensive preparation course as part of the year-round programme at the school**. Although the IELTS exam can be taken throughout the year, our preparation courses run from January, March, June and September.

Preparation for other exams, such as the Cambridge First Certificate may be available depending on student numbers. Please contact us for further details.

Junior summer school

English and horse-riding

Cotswold International Language School has joined with a top-class riding school in Cirencester to offer these amazing courses that combine studying English as a foreign language with horse-riding tuition.

The course includes:

• 16 hours general English per week
• 6 x 45 minute horse-riding lessons per week
• 3 x horse-riding lectures at the riding school per week
• 1 x half day local excursion per week

English with Sports

Our English and sports courses are available to adults year round and are a great way of making the most of your time in England. These courses help you to combine an English language with fun in your favourite activity.
These are great courses for small groups of individuals, or why not use it as the ideal 'team-building' experience for our staff.

Intensive Business Courses: - Prices include 21 hours of 1:1 tuition per week, an evening social programme and one full day excursion per week.
THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION OR AIRPORT TRANSFERS.

Additional Costs

Accommodation
Home Stay: Our host family accommodation is priced at £115.00 per week for a single room and £95.00 per week twin or double, on a full board basis.
Residential: Residential accommodation is available to groups during the summer period at an additional £165.00 per week. This may be available to individuals – please contact us to check availability.

Excursions: Throughout the year we run a number of optional excursions and activities in addition to those featured on intensive programmes. The cost of these will be available to the student upon their arrival in England.
